We had a FAMILY TRIP TO THE MOUNTAINS today. It was great! Ted took the day off and we headed out. We got a little breakfast at Chic Fil A and headed to the Smoky Mountains. It was just over a mile hike up the trail to the waterfall. The kids did good. We had the Mazons double jogging stroller. So 2 of the kids were always in that and the other was walking or being carried. When we got to the top where the waterfall was the kids were excited. Aidan fell in the water almost immediately and was upset that his clothes were wet. Addie fell in as well. The rocks were slippery FOR SURE. It was such a pretty place. We stayed for a while and then headed back down. We went to a restaurant called Old Mill. It was good country cooking. then we headed home. It was a great family day.
