Rachel is a new friend of the Ancelet family. We met through a mutual friend. She is a student here in Knoxville studying nursing. She came over for dinner on Wednesday night and brought us a yummy pumpkin bread. I was so impressed with the design on her bread. Her and I ran errands after dinner and it was so fun riding in her little sports car. We rode with the top down and my allergies are FLARRING today but I had a blast riding in her car!

PS - She is from Madisonville and I came up with this little saying while she was here "I bet you are a big deal in Madisonville". Her dad is a dairy farmer and from what I understand he's GOOD AT IT! Way to milk 'em!
