MARCH MADNESS

Hello! I have no picture (what is wrong with me :-) We have been so busy around here. It feels like March Madness without the basketball over here! Our sweet Aidan has been potty trained... YEAH!!! I am so proud of him. He has mastered the tinkle part of it all and we are working on the other. He is doing so good though. Ted and I are thrilled to think of having just one in diapers. It's been a LONG time since we have had just one in diapers (about 26 months). We have a toy right now up on the mantle that he will get when he successfully poops in the potty :-) haha.
Aidan lost his big toe nail. A bench fell down on it and we thought he broke his toe. He lost the toe nail but it hasn't stopped him at all! His favorite thing right now is to break dance. I am not sure where he learned it... well, maybe from Moe (on the Doddle Bops). Every time he hears music he is break dancing. It is a hoot to watch. He and Avery both love High School Musical (which is on Disney channel). He does all the moves (that he can) to "Get Your Head in the Game". Last Thursday night we had the kids from our community group over (kids here with baby sitters while the adults were at the Cruze's). Every family that came in Aidan did his dance to "Get Your Head in the Game" for. It was a hit... we were all cracking up. He loved it!
Avery is growing so big... A HUGE thing for her right now is that she is starting to read. VERY BASIC STUFF... but she read a sentence "That ram is sad" She gets really excited about it. We have been doing reading lessons everyday here at home and we just made her a phonics book (she colored pictures of "things" that start with the sounds that we have been learning). She enjoys crafts A LOT. In fact, she would cut paper all day. She loves glue, markers, anything that she can create with. She is such a dreamer... just like her daddy. She makes up songs every night before bed and sings them. It is precious.
Addison is LOTS OF FUN. We went to the zoo today (again) and I was thinking... she really is like the monkeys. She is SO CUTE, she loves to climb, she makes us laugh... she always is hanging on me. She has her own little personality. She is so spunky. It will be interesting to see how different she is from her siblings. She is only napping once a day (and Aidan isn't napping at all). It's fun because she has more time to play but there are also more hours in the day for them all to fight. They love hard and fight hard. It's fun though. A lot of times very tiring too!

Well, hope all is well! I will get some pictures on here soon!
